Murphy Strikes Back

I tore the rotator cuff in my left shoulder yesterday afternoon… and I’m not too happy about it.  I guess the martial arts gods just didn’t want me to get back into it because it isn’t looking like it is going to happen… at least not in the way that I had planned.  I signed up in early December and paid for 6 months of classes.  Two of those months have already passed and I have only been to 3 classes thanks to injuries and illness.  With this latest injury, I’ll be out for at least another 2 months… more if I end up having to have surgery.

Not happy.

My plans for last night were to relax for a bit and then spend an evening playing EQ2, but that didn’t happen.  I mostly sat on the couch with 2 bags of ice strapped to my shoulder.

Maybe I’ll be able to jump back in tonight.  There isn’t too much else that I can do right now since my left arm is basically immobilized.

So, keeping this entry short.  Not much fun typing with 1 hand.
